ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS:

Fit 4 You trainers are available one-on-one to discuss nutrition basics. Based on your needs, Fit 4 You nutrition sessions focus on reading food labels, how to avoid common pitfalls, strategies for eating at work, dinning out, grocery shopping and making healthier food choices.

 

*note: Fit 4 You trainers are not Registered Dieticians and will not provide specific menu planning or guidance to individuals with certain limitations or medications.

 

Fit Tip

Did you know that changing your fitness routine regularly will keep your body from hitting those dreaded fitness plateaus! Once your fitness program becomes “easy”, your body has adapted and you will not continue to see as many changes in your body shape or fitness level. To keep your body in tip top shape, and to continue reaching your fitness goals, change your program about every 6-8 weeks. You’ll find that your workouts will be more effective, and the new routine will add a new sense of motivation!
