Types of Training

In addition to one-on-one Personal Training, Fit 4 You provides the following services:

  • Golf Conditioning:  sport specific workouts for the golfer designed to improve control, acceleration, balance and power.
  • Partner Training (2 participants):  2x the fun! You and your workout partner workout together with one trainer (discounted pricing!)
  • Small Group Training (4+):  Have a group of individuals interested in working out together?  Whether its weight training, yoga, pilates, sports conditioning or  stretching,  Fit 4 You will put together a specific training time and training program based on the needs of your group. 
  • Group Classes:  Step aerobics, toning, interval, yoga, pilates, 30 minute Express, stretching, sports conditioning and other specialty group fitness classes will be schedule upon demand.
  • Core Connection: This 30 or 60 minutes Personal Training session will show you how to efficiently and effectively work your entire body, emphasizing your core, on the Fitness Ball! Fitness balls create stability, balance, overall strength and symmetry. Deflate your ball and you’ll have a great exercise option for general traveling.  This unique workout is quick and easy to do in the gym, at home or on the road.  Have your own ball, no problem.  Need a ball?  We have great discounted prices on Thera-Band fitness balls!
  • Travel Well: This 30 or 60 minute Personal Training session is designed to give you a program to take with you on the road to your vacation destination. Exercise tubes weigh only a few ounces and can easily work your entire body, quickly and efficiently. We’ll show you how to squeeze in your workouts between sightseeing and plenty of lounging so that you can continue to feel good, but still get that extra rest you need during your vacation.  Pro-Challenge Tube included!
  • Pre/Postnatal Training:  Familiar with many alternative exercises that women will benefit from during this exciting time, as well as those that should be avoided, your Fit 4 You trainer will guide you through a safe and effective exercise program that may be done during and after pregnancy.
  • One-on-Yoga Training:  Correct postural imbalances and Increase your balance, stability, flexibility, core strength and overall strength in a challenging one-on-one yoga session with your Fit 4 You trainer. 
  • One-on-one Pilates Training:  Core training at its best!  This training session will focus on the benefits of Pilates… and then some. 
  • Sports Conditioning (30 minute and 60 minute sessions): To keep you competing at your best, this intense conditioning session is designed for the serious, competitive athlete or the weekend warrior looking to avoid injury.  Depending on your sport, speed, quickness, agility, power and flexibility will be the main focus. 
  • Basic Nutritional Guidance:  Fit 4 You trainers are available one-on-one to discuss nutrition basics. Based on your needs, Fit 4 You nutrition sessions focus on reading food labels, how to avoid common pitfalls, strategies for eating at work or at home, dinning out, grocery shopping and making healthier food choices. *note: Fit 4 You trainers are not Registered Dieticians and will not provide specific menu planning or guidance to individuals with certain limitations or medications.
  • 30 Minute Express: Short on time?  Exercise consistently with these easy to commit to and equally effective full-body workouts that will keep you motivated while supercharging your energy level! Your personal trainer will not be working out with you, but will be leading and assisting you during this supervised workout that includes cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises.  Great for men and women.   Group and one-on-one sessions are available.   
  • Other specialty classes and clinics:  Available upon request, Fit 4 You will design a specific program based on your fitness needs.
